1.Provide us your design cocept or drawing, we'll review the design concept/drawing and provide our comments for proceed the samples/prototypes.
2.We will sign non-disclosurement Agreement with all the clients to ensure the business secret and design secret.
3.We use DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS to ship small batch parts and our own forwarder to ship the big batch parts for saving shipping cost. Payment terms can accept ex-work, FOB
4.If the samples is defected, just feel free to let us know, we will analyze the pictures and see where is defected and the defected reasons. If it's resulted by us, we will make the samples with free charge
